This year I used fresh p...I think I agree MaryMoh. This year I used fresh pineapple to make the pineapple jam/paste and it was well worth the paring/coring/grating. It was fragrant, sweet and tangy. Much better than the canned pineapple that I blitzed and turned into jam last year.
